Welcome to G FIT!

This is the part of our practice where we bring our education and experience of working with some of the most athletic human beings on the planet and combine it with our first hand knowledge of raising a family and living the day to day grind of "life".

The reality is that we know we need to exercise regularly, eat right, drink water and get plenty of rest. 

At this point in history if this is news to you, there are other issues we need to first address.  Telling someone that exercise is good for them is like telling someone who smokes that it is bad for them...this should be a no duhhhhh comment.    Unfortunately tooooo many of us know this reality but don't do anything to change it. 

Our goal is to do teach individuals who are willing to listen and learn on how to improve their physical and mental life through basic, attainable daily goals.  We will regularly discuss topics that include but are not limited to; Fitness (exercise), Nutrition (fuel), Recovery (rest), Family/Friends (social), Relationships...

We will do this through a variety of means, including but not limiting all or some of the below;
1) Lectures / Seminars
2) Videos
3) Fitness Classes - Individual / Group / Team
4) Social Media - FB, Twitter, Instagram, Google+
5) Blog Posts

Who are we:
We are a husband and wife team that are raising our family the best way we know how.  We are human, we make lot's and lot's of mistakes.  We are not perfect.  We strive to learn and improve on our mistakes and imperfections so that we can become better than we were before.  We like to laugh and joke and experience life.  We also know that when life happens and when it doesn't go our way that it is OK to cry.  We also live our life under the "Golden Rule" of  "Treat others as you would want to be treated."  By living this way, we will not hesitate to lend a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on.  We are always up for a hug or to share a smile if you have lost yours.  Our names are Dustin and Leann Glass. We believe that strangers are just friends we haven't met yet...we look forward to meeting you soon.

What's The "G" Stand For?
Well the most obvious is GLASS.  But it can stand for so many more fantastic words that start with G....like GREAT, GENUINE, GIRL, GENTLE, GUILTLESS, GENERAL, GO, GIGGLE, GIGANTIC, GOOFY...and the list goes on...if you think of anymore fun ones to add please contact us and we will add them to the list :)
 

It's all about the O2:
Humans get 10% of their energy needs through food and 90% of it from oxygen. The more you move the more oxygen you will consume.

The more oxygen you consume the better you will feel...it's a pretty basic solution.

We are dedicated to instructing and educating those that want more out of their body and want to reach their maximum potential - physically and mentally.

We believe that we are capable of more than we think. We want to prepare people for “real life” activities of their daily life and surroundings.

What kind of hero do you want to be? One that got the job done but was injured in the process? Or one that is able to march in the parade? Emergencies happen when we least expect them...we want to give you a fighting chance to come out on top.
